How do I get a replacement eSIM?

If you’ve only deleted your eSIM, you may not need a replacement. You can try reinstalling it on the same phone:

  1. Go to Your plans.

  2. Under eSIM, tap Installation instructions and follow the steps.

You’ll need a replacement eSIM if you’re moving to a new phone or cannot reinstall the original eSIM. To replace it yourself:

  1. Go to Your plans and select the relevant plan.

  2. Under eSIM, tap Replace eSIM.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Your replacement eSIM can take up to 10 minutes to be ready. Once it is available, tap Installation instructions under eSIM to install it, or follow the instructions sent to you by email.

You receive one free eSIM replacement every six months. Any additional replacements during that period cost £1 each.
