If you’ve deleted your eSIM, you don’t need a replacement. You can reinstall it directly from the online dashboard (or the email in which we shared your eSIM after you signed up):
Log in at rideresim.com/login and click Installation instructions for the respective eSIM.
You only need a replacement if you’re moving to a new phone or can’t reinstall the original eSIM. In that case, please contact our support team:
In the online dashboard, click Help and reach out to the team.
We’ll issue you a fresh eSIM quickly.
